Welcome to Shri Kateel Travels. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• Bookings must be confirmed via our official channels (Phone/WhatsApp/Email).
• Advance payment may be required to secure your vehicle.
• Rates are subject to change based on fuel prices, tolls, and parking charges.

2. Rental Requirements

• The user must provide a valid Original Driving License and Government-issued ID during vehicle handover.
• The vehicle should be used for lawful purposes only.
• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be the financial responsibility of the hirer.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to management discretion).
• No-shows or cancellations within the last 12 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

4. Driver & Safety Conduct

• Our drivers are professionals. Any misbehavior or illegal request by the customer will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Smoking or consumption of alcohol/prohibited substances inside our vehicles is strictly forbidden.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% punctuality, Shri Kateel Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or technical malfunctions beyond our control.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mira Bhayandar/Thane, Maharashtra.
